Many more lives could be saved if loved ones know you want to be an organ donor. Our research showed that if they don't know, there's a 50/50 chance they'll say no. So we came up with the #GreatestShare - A personalised animation you can share with them via Facebook, Twitter or email.
Simply fill in the names of the loved ones you shared key moments with in the last year.
Those names then appear in a series of personalised, animated frames which create a Prezi style film.
I then tagged my friends on Facebook and shared my animation with them. Take a look at my #GreatestShare.
